Qurban was one of the soldiers of Hizb-e-Wahdat who was sent from Bamyan to defend the city of Mazari Sharif against the Taliban attack. He was wounded in the battle, then arrested by the Taliban away from battle field, he managed to cover his wound from the Taliban, he died in Shebirghan prison later and his body was taken out of the prison, his grave is unknown.
قربان یکی از سربازان حزب وحدت بود که از بامیان برای دفاع از شهر مزاری شریف در برابر حمله طالبان اعزام شد. او در جنگ مجروح شد، سپس دور از میدان جنگ توسط طالبان دستگیر گردید، او توانست زخم خود را از طالبان بپوشاند، بعداً در زندان شبیرغان جان باخت و جسدش را از زندان بیرون آوردند و قبرش معلوم نیست.
